1. Use Sunscreen

Use a good sunscreen for your body, as you would be using for your face. Reapply every 2 hour if you plan on spending time under the direct sun, or in the water. If possible, avoid going outside between 12 – 2pm, and always remember to wear long-sleeve shirt and a hat. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen on your neck and hand, as they are the most-often forgotten parts.

2. Exfoliate your body

Your body sheds skin cells every day, and in the summer, with all the heat and sweats, more dead skin cells can accumulate on your body. If you don't get rid of them, they'll just set in on your skin making you look dull and dry.
