Jacques Fath EDP Red Shoe – Femininity, Sensuality

“Red Shoes” is the name of 1948 ballet movie for which Jacques Fath designed the fabulous costumes of prima ballerina, Moira Schearer. In 1950, Fath designed a sopmtuous red silky dress with the same name, worn by model Bettina. This incredible dress inspired to the perfumer this fragrance with a sparkling opening with this first fresh sensation. The blue Ginger and Pink pepper evokes the cold and metallic colors of the silky and satiny dress. The flamboyant Rose Damascena absolute highlights the opulence of masterful Patchouli, both spreading a very strong sillage.

Jacques Fath EDP TEMPÊTE D’AUTOMNE – Autumn Storm

Autumn storm is the name given by Jacques Fath to the very short haircut he created for his fetish model Bettina, so that she looks “divine”. Her style was natualness, freshness and allure. These elements are represented through a strong, dominant note of Sandalwood, which has great intensity and soft creamy facets. It opens with bright and sparkling notes of Bergamot, Orange and Mandarin. The signature is a twirl of creamy, woody and sensual notes.

Jacques Fath EDP Le Loden -  Intensity of Vetiver

Jacques Fath liked to wear as trench a Loden jacket, emblematic of this period and usually in dark green color. He also used this particular, warm and strong woolen fabric to create dresses. The perfumer has recreated this contrasted sensation, both bristly and protective by using vetiver, a root with a very intense and solid woody character. It is a symbol of tenacity like the Loden.

Jacques Fath EDP Velours Boise – Rich & Warm, like a soft embrace

The name Velours Boisé (woody velvet in English) evokes this unique fabric with sensual touch Jacques Fath frequently used to sublimate his evening gowns. It also evokes the winter season, this particular warm and friendly atmosphere. A voluptuous New Caledonia Sandalwood (extremely warm, sweet, with a rich woody aroma) gives the structure to the fragrance. The opening is therefore spicy, rich dry with Davana, Mate and bright with Bergamot notes. It then delicately blends in the heart in a warm and aromatic combination of Whisky C0² and Immortelle. In the dry-down, enveloping Armenian and Guaiac add a smoky touch.
